3. Springs and other elastic precision stamping parts are most susceptible to damage during use, often resulting in fractures and deformations. The method adopted is to replace it. During the replacement process, it is necessary to pay attention to the specifications and models of the spring. The specifications and models of the spring are confirmed through three items: color, outer diameter, and length. Only when all three items are the same can it be replaced.



4. Pressure parts such as pressure plates, Uni glue, etc., and unloading parts such as discharge plates, pneumatic top materials, etc. During maintenance, check the relationship between accessories in various parts and whether there is any damage. Repair the damaged department, check for any air leakage in the pneumatic top material, and take detailed measures for the situation. If the trachea is damaged, replace it.



5. Tighten the parts, check for any looseness or damage, and replace them with parts of the same specifications.
